Intergraph’s high-powered servers were well established in the government, architectural, and engineering markets. Responding to industry trends, and in an effort to expand into the general business market, Intergraph transitioned their entire line from UNIX to the Windows platform. They needed to gain brand acceptance among business IT management and prove that Windows was robust enough for "mission-critical" applications.
The first ad in a series of five, highlights the 911 system in Surrey, England, powered by Intergraph computer. The second ad features their installation at
Ft. Knox, a national symbol for security. Our vicious guard dog stops the page turners and symbolizes Intergraph’s protective nature.
